Are you a DYNAMIC licensed Loan Originator? Are you able to work with a Branch Manager? Do you have excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills and are Proficient in Encompass and Microsoft Outlook, have a strong working knowledge of standard loan products offered by FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC? We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years' recent successful mortgage sales experience and you MUST be a registered mortgage loan originator in good standing with NMLS.
As a loan partner, you will be responsible for assisting the Loan Originator by working with prospective loan applicants to achieve a loan approval and subsequent closing. Additionally, the Loan Partner may assist with finding prospective clients and building relationships with third party business partners. Preferred skills: proficient in Encompass and Microsoft Outlook, minimum 2 years’ recent successful mortgage sales experience required, knowledge of standard loan products offered by FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC and familiarity with underwriting guidelines and AUS systems.
As a Loan Processor, you will be responsible for assisting the Loan Originator in achieving final approval from an internal or external underwriting department. You must be proficient in Encompass and Microsoft Outlook, must be highly detailed and organized with ability to multi-task, must have a professional image, must have a minimum of 2 years’ recent mortgage loan processing experience and must have knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, FHLMC, and investor guidelines.
